With more than 35 years of experience in export and business development, mainly in the agro-industry but also in the FMCG sector and wholesale in various continents, but mainly in Africa in the last 10 years, Luc has built up a huge network of local partners

Throughout his career, Luc has worked as a salesperson, sales manager, business development and general management for various links in the agro-food chain such as feed manufacturers, integrations, manufacturers and distributors of equipment. This both at SME level and for larger corporate international organizations. Apart from this, he also has experience from his own company in the production and distribution of fashion accessories and other FMCG’s.

Over the years he has been able to build up international experience in Europe, North and South America, Africa and the Middle East.

Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, she has a proven track record of streamlining financial operations, enhancing compliance, and fostering customer-centric solutions.

Tracy’s career spans diverse roles, including financial management, operations coordination, and client relations, equipping her with the skills to navigate complex international markets. Dr. Olurotimi (‘Rotimi) Akinlolu is a Poultry Consultant and Value Chain analyst with 28 years of  combined experience in Operations , Marketing, Projects Management and Administration in the poultry and livestock sector, working in several high-end roles with top organizations in Nigeria. His roles in supporting poultry businesses in Nigeria have been pivotal in driving sustainable growth and operational excellence, enhancing business performance and profitability.
